We want you to love your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to make things right. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- To process your claim, we require clear photo or video proof of the issue along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial refunds may be granted in cases where only part of the order is affected.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
- Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received. (In these cases, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.)
- Returns sent back without prior authorization.
- Items returned due to “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.
Shipping Delays & Delivery Policy
- Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded solely due to delayed delivery.
Chargeback Policy
We take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to resolving any issues quickly. To ensure fairness for both parties:
- Customers agree to contact our support team first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
- Unauthorized chargebacks filed without giving us the opportunity to resolve the matter may result in denial of future orders.
- We reserve the right to provide all order records, shipping confirmation, and communication history to dispute any unfounded chargebacks.
General Return Instructions
- Do not return items to the address on your package. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
Right to Cancel (EU Customers Only)
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after:
- the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, or
- the day you entered into a contract for services or digital content.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in a clear statement (for example, by email).
Effects of Cancellation
- If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your decision.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you agree otherwise.
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.
- You will bear the cost of returning the goods, unless we offered free returns.
